This was the original image that was taken in the studio. The bag was kindly donated from Tyrers in St Helens for the day for us to work on.
Firstly, the background was a bit bland. The under-scoop lighting did not perform as well as we had expected. I removed the background by using in photoshop the mechanical lasso option, and saving the image of the bag itself. Then copying it onto a blank background. Then using the spot healing brush, and a bit of clone stamping, I removed any bits of dirt and blemishes from the bag. The image then required sharpening, and was done so using the filter tools. Below is my final image.
